Other Vendor Services
Whilst our vendor assessment service is at the core of our business, we also provide other services. These are often included in our single annual subscription fee, though certain of the services do incur a further charge.
Client Access
We're very much aware that, as vendors, you may well have to complete multiple assessments for different clients or to provide them directly with the same information as part of contracts or tenders. We also know that, when you achieve a recognised standard such as Altius Assured status, you want to find as many ways as possible to promote and benefit from it.
That's where our Client Access service comes in. As an Assured Vendor, and at no extra cost, you can give your clients full access to your assessment information, including all of your questionnaire answers and the documents you've uploaded. It's a great way to advertise yourselves and it also gives your clients a place to go to when they want to see, for example, your latest insurance documents or your health and safety policy, without them needing to come back to you. That's time and money saved all round!
Document Management
Why not use the Altius system as the repository for your business documents and files. Our file manager enables you to upload files to our secure server, which is backed up on a daily basis. You can then use them as answers to our assessment or just store them there for your own use. We also provide a scanning service, so you can get your hard copy documents into electronic format and uploaded into our system.
Credit Reports
Would it ever be useful to know the financial standing of a client or sub-contractor? Or maybe you want to know your own company's credit standing? Either way, we can help, with credit reports on any of nearly three million UK companies, at a price that won't put you in the red!
